1At the top of the Smart Switch window, click MORE → Emergency software recovery and initialization.
2Click the Software Update and Initialization tab.
3In the Model name box, enter your device model name and click Search.
4In the S/N or IMEI box, enter your device’s serial number or IMEI number and click OK.
5Check the software version to install and then click OK.
6Follow the on-screen instructions to put your device into recovery mode and click OK.
7When the soft update and initialization are complete, click OK.
