Data Restoration
Restoring from a manually selected file
You can restore data from the files backed up or exported from Kies. Supported file
extensions are listed in the table below. Only the files that can be restored to
the connected device will be shown.

To restore data from a manually selected file, follow these steps:
1At the bottom of the Smart Switch window, click Restore.
2Click Select a different backup.
The Select a different backup window will appear.
3Under Select a backup to restore, click Manually select file from the drop-down list.
4Click Find file.
5Select a file you want to restore data from and then click Open.
6Click OK at the bottom of the window to close the Select a different backup window.
7Click Restore now.
