Syncing calendars

You can sync your device’s calendars with Outlook. You can select an Outlook calendar to specifically sync calendar items, such as meetings, events, and appointments.

To sync calendars, follow these steps:

1At the bottom of the Smart Switch window, click Outlook Sync.

2Click Sync Preferences for Outlook.

3Select the Calendar check box.

4Select an option to choose which calendars to sync.

• All calendars: All calendars in Outlook and your device will be synced.

• Selected calendar folder: The selected Outlook calendar and the calendar with the exact same name in your device will be synced.

5When you are done, click OK at the bottom of the window.

6Click Sync Now.
