Syncing to-do items

You can sync your device’s to-do items with Outlook. You can select an Outlook folder to specifically sync to-do items.

To sync to-do items, follow these steps:

1At the bottom of the Smart Switch window, click Outlook Sync.

2Click Sync Preferences for Outlook.

3Select the To Do check box.

4Select an option to choose which to-do items to sync.

• All To Do: All to-do items in Outlook and your device will be synced.

• Selected To Do Folder: To-do items in the selected Outlook folder and your device will be synced.

5When you are done, click OK at the bottom of the window.

6Click Sync Now.
